Don't forget to sign up for the ice fishing group trip! (Brrrr!) Skiing at Lake Placid is about four hours away. Foreign air travellers can easily get to Rochester on commuter flights from international airports in New York (JFK, Newark, LaGuardia), Toronto, or Montreal.
