Books and videotapes are not returnable unless defective. Notify H&L within 5 days of receipt and return defective materials for credit. Postage and handling charges are not refundable. ALL RETURNS FOR CREDIT AGAINST FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.
Foreign customers: All materials to countries that are not insurable are shipped at your risk. Many foreign customers have materials shipped to US addresses for forwarding via a reliable carrier. All foreign packages shipped by US mail only.
US orders: Allow three to six weeks for delivery. Accelerated delivery requires extra charges. Foreign orders: Allow one to three months for delivery. Accelerated delivery can be arranged to some countries.
Foreign orders: Some books cannot be shipped to some countries because of weight or size limitations.
